Nice Day - My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2025

I started my @actifit fitness day walking through the Sunday swap meet. I purchased 2 bicycle multi tools, a baseball glove, 2 vintage canvas military bags and skateboard.

A lot of skateboards at the swap meet but I'm always looking for solid quality boards for wall collection.

I made three trips to my vehicle to unload my hands, add steps and to get a few drinks of coffee.

I worked in the yard for a few hours and did two set of 3 and 4 reps of heavy bicep curls.

This morning I did over 100 push-ups before driving to the swap meet.

The glove was only $5 and most leather gloves are $15 out there.
