My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2025

I rode one of the green machines around the front yard with the boys this afternoon. I worked on bicycles and tricycles today, and activity doesn't come easy standing in front of a work bench and bike stand.

I'm not happy about today's step count, so I will try to score at least 18000 @actifit steps tomorrow.
