Almost a dog attack - My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2025
@theharvey @daniel-san and I drove to the new giant park this afternoon, and the boys did two laps on Green Machines and I walked and ran around.
I guess one lap on the paved walkway is 1 mile long.
Early this morning I walked through the Sunday swap meet and I purchased a 50 pound hex dumbbell for $20. I carried it about 1/2 to the car.
Before dark, the youngest and I did our Sunday sprints through town on @luvbnamome's cruiser.
A dog was about ready to attack us but I think the baby's scream scared him away.
The little guy and I jumped from the bicycle to the tricycle for a couple thousand steps.
