Above and Beyond - My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2025

It's before 10pm and I'm calling it quits for the day because I am spent.

I started the @actifit day with a walk through the swap meet. I found a few things but nothing exciting.

After the swap meet, I walked the large trail around the new park across the street from the swap meet.

I didn't stop there. The youngest and I did sprints through town this afternoon. It was a great workout because I maintained a spinning cadence during the ride.

After the bike ride, I loaded the van with a Green Machine, a bicycle, a radio flyer tricycle and the whole family. I drove back to the park and I did two laps around the park with @daniel-san on the Huffy green machine.

@theharvey, @luvbnamome and the baby did two laps.

After we picked up In-n-Out burgers and drove home, the older boys and I ran around the neighborhood park.

I'm calling it quits for the rest of the night.
