Coaster Brake Green Machine - My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2025

So @daniel-san likes the swap meet Green Machine I purchased at the local swap meet this morning.

They have sensitive steering but I showed him how to ride in circles until he is comfortable for the next step. He must of circled the drive for 25 minutes.

Other Green Machines I purchased out there had a freewheel with a hand brake. This is the first green machine he spent more than a few minutes riding.

I must of gained 2000 steps walking and riding a bike in circles with Daniel.

I walked around the local park 3 different times this afternoon and I did 4 sets of ring pull-ups at one of the workout stations.

I actually put new brake pads on the family van this afternoon, so I decided to celebrate with some serious solo walking.

@luvbnamome made a hamburger salad this evening, and I walked circles in the house with boys until mommy finished with all the prep.

I still have hours to accumulate steps, but I'm exhausted.
