Walking is the best - My Actifit Report Card: December 12 2024

We had a lot of rain this morning and it was hard to get started with all the parenting responsibilities.

I solo walked a few times today, but most of my steps were accumulated working in the soggy backyard. I cut lumber and built a few skateboard and bicycle racks.

I did two laps around the park this evening, and finished with a few thousand steps around the house loop with the boys. @luvbnamome even did a few laps tonight.

Almost a week of 14440 or more @actifit steps, so I'm excited about that.
