4500 steps during coffee - My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2024

So I have been making morning coffee with a pour over for over 14 years now.

I hand grind the coffee daily and today I walked the house circle during the grind and pour over.

I made 3 large cups of coffee and accumulated 4500 steps walking and running circles including the drinking of my first cup of coffee.

All the kids were involved in the walking and I carried a brat baby for 2000 of the steps.

I was crazy about trying to accumulate steps today.

I walked a solo 5000 steps this afternoon, and I walked with @theharvey to the houses with crazy Christmas lights.

After the walk through the neighborhood, we walked to the park, and I walked around the park.

I just finished walking and running 2000 steps around the house with the kids.

Trying to average 14440 steps a day only pushes me to do more activity throughout the day.
