Every Red Light today - My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2024

The level of quality pain I endured this afternoon was almost too much for my lungs and thighs.

I decided to attach the deadman trailer to the back of the copilot this afternoon, and the first mile was almost enough for me.

The biggest problem today was that I hit every red light in the route and it's a bitch starting the train from a dead stop.

Passing the only intersection that separates the two small towns seems to be my mental point of no return for me.

I pulled the boys over 6.5 miles in a strong breeze and it felt like a large weight was loaded on the trailer.

I gained 5000 steps this morning by pushing baby boss around the front yard on a steering tricycle.

The boys and I ran around the house this evening for an additional 1500 or so steps.
