Strongman Yoke - My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2024
So last week I pulled my Strongman yoke out of storage and I finally assembled it and moved it around the backyard this afternoon. It can hold a lot of weight but it's heavy enough without any additional weight.
My dad had this old pull-up and dip station out in his scrap pile before he passed and I've been lubing all the nuts and bolts and have been using it almost daily for a few months.
I did 3 sets of pull-ups and 3 sets of chest/tricep dips this evening.
The man of the house and I rode and walked around the neighborhood this evening. He love the ride.
I walked though our local Ace hardware and Super Walmart earlier this evening and my big brother was actually in the Ace Hardware shopping for shtuff.
