Original Redline Hot Wheels - My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2024

I was out and about before the sun was up. Most of the swap meet was still in setup mode when I pulled up, so I drove through to the nearby Walmart to pickup a few things.

I walked through the swap meet once to get an idea what I had to have and what I was willing to pay.

I rarely look through boxes of die-cast cars, but I decide to comb through a smaller box. I found an original and complete 1968 Custom T-bird. I found 4 more original redlines seconds later.

I also found a Custom Turbine made by Topper.

Cars were $2 per car or $3 for 5, so I paid $10 for the 6 cars. I started collecting original Redline Hot Wheels in 1980, and I would have been more than excited to find the 6 Redline cars when I was 7 years old.

I also purchased 2 BMX bikes on the cheap.

I cycled 7.5 miles this afternoon, and then I mowed a lawn, and edged two laws.

Almost forgot to mention that I walked through the Home Depot and purchased some lumber

It almost didn’t fit.
