Walked in some crazy and unusual cold this afternoon, to gain a majority of my @actifit steps. It was getting dark and too cold for my old California skin, so I scored the 5000 minimum steps at a grocery store.
300+ #five5pushups and lots intense resistance band pulling this morning.
