My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2022

The boys and I hiked over 10,000 steps up in the mountains today.

I was able to do over 100 push-ups and completed my daily #five5pushups challenge.

The boys do much better walking in the late afternoon or evening, but they pushed through to help me score a 10000+ @actifit step count this afternoon.
