Warm Up

  • 1km drills and easy swimming(Missed the first 300m)
    Main Set

  • 300m steady, 300m with pull buoy

  • 200m(2 x 75m steady, 25m fast), 200m with pull buoy

  • 100m(25m fast, 75m steady), 100m with pull buoy

  • 6 x 100m with hand paddles, rest 10 seconds
    Cool Down
    400m easy swimming
