Description from Strava: A really nice morning out. I have been missing the Friday interval runs with the O'Hagans crew quite a bit lately and was struggling to get out of bed again.
Glad I got there though. We did a pretty simple session today and it was a good session for a couple of races this weekend.
We did the usual 2.5km warm up followed by 4 x 1km repeats at fast pace with a good recovery afterwards.
I took the first a little easy but the last three were all at a good pace, so was really happy with that.
