Not the best start to the morning. I only lasted 30 minutes in the pool for our squad session that is currently in an unheated outdoor pool. I should have run home but was worried the rain would keep up and being already cold I didn't want to get stuck somewhere in the rain.
It was really good to get my run in though. I have not done this session for a month or so and had been really struggling after having Covid. Today was a lot better though with a 10 minute warm up followed by about 40 minutes at MAF heart rate. Feeling a little faster and a lot more comfortable running constantly on the treadmill for that amount of time
