Description from Strava: Been away for the past few weeks doing other stuff but back to my usual Saturday afternoon treadmill run. A little tired but still got through my usual vo2max workout with 8 x 3 minutes hard with 2 minutes recovery after each effort. Another week off next week with the Auckland half marathon on Sunday, so will need to be fresh for the run.
