Description from Strava: Really nice to get back riding again. I made sure not to push the pace too hard as the legs are definitely still recovering from weekends race. I always feel that getting things moving and getting the blood flowing to be the best treatment for me but just need to make sure I keep the intensity low for the next few weeks.
