@run.vince.run just finished a 11.02km run, that lasted for 53 minutes.
This run helped run.vince.run burn 720.0 calories.

Description from Strava: My Sunday Tempo run on a Friday just because it's a public holiday and getting out while I can. A little windy out but not cold and nice to see a few people around taking part in the local ANZAC Day parade.
The comic is just something a little funny for a Friday.

very impressive brother. I normally struggle to get 8km done in that amount of time so I am seriously impressed with a pace like this. If you were in a race, how far do you think you could run, maximum, in an hour?

I am not at my best but am pretty sure I would be at about 13km in about an hour. I'm looking to push my 10km page a little faster over the winter here in Auckland. It will be my main focus. Thanks for the nice encouragement as well.

I'm just happy when I can nail down a 5k without stopping at all

Thanks Vince! I've been super busy with work and projects, but I'm on holidays now so I can just relax for a bit. Pretty excited for naps.
