run.vince.run just finished a 40.35km ride, that lasted for 73 minutes.

Description from Strava: Hmm cycling is always my weakest leg and it was a solid ride. A bit of a headwind coming back returning to transition but nothing I couldn't handle.
Townsville really showed me how I had let my ride slow and have put some good work in and I am seeing some improvement but need to keep going. There is still a lot of room to improve and this course favours me a little with a lot of hill climbs. Definitely running well off the bike which is a bonus.
