Morning Ride
run.vince.run just finished a 50.71km ride, that lasted for 130 minutes.

Description from Strava: The pictures are from the start of the ride, compared to the end of the ride. It was a really nice morning to be out riding. A second ride with the tri club as a course familiarisation for next week's Duathlon.
We had six riders out this morning on a cool, foggy morning, but there was no wind which made it for really nice riding.
We did do the 7km bike course for next week's race, so my calculations make it about 7 laps. It gave me a good chance to practise my turns and hopefully it will make a difference on race day.
As you can see the fog cleared nicely by the end of the ride.
