The pics are from Saturday night's cross country. This morning though, I was back at the domain to join the usual Friday morning run group for their interval run.
I didn't want to push too hard but the session was:
2.5km warm up
2 X 1000m steady, 200m easy
2 X 800m steady, 200m easy
2 X 600m steady, 200m easy
2 X 400m steady, 200m easy
1km cool down
