Description from Strava: A really great morning out on the bike and not too difficult considering we had our marathon a week ago. The triathlon club had a bike skills session at a go cart track, so there was a lot of stopping and starting and cornering which was good cause these are all things I need to practise. It was raining pretty heavily all night, so it was nice that it held off for most of the morning. The track was wet though which made it a little slippery.
After we headed to SwimT3 to pick up our first place medal for the swim/run series. We had to walk past Hamish Carter in the process...I don't think he has one of these medals.

With those distances and those times, those workouts must be totally amazing. I have never been able to run such kilometers, but I hope that with time and dedication, I will improve little by little, Very good post and may those good days continue!
Thank you so much @veneciabia Yes it has taken us a little time and practice to get to this point. And I think you have to enjoy pushing your body as well. !LUV

Yeah always learning I think. On a small track like this I don't usually get the chance to do a lot of turns, so it was really good fun.
