Description from Strava: Started at the domain with O'Hagans run which was 2k warm up then 2 x 1k (5:10; 4:56), 2 x 800m (5:00; 4:48) 2 x 600m (4:55; 4:35) each with about 200m recovery. Each set was steady then fast. Then about 10 minutes of cool down. I had 2 hour run on the schedule so I ran from the domain towards home and got to Otahuhu at the 2 hour mark. Legs were stuffed by then 🤣
