Description from Strava: Didn't feel good after 3k, was dizzy and sick. A quick stop at the dairy for dinner sugar and I came right. It meant I could felt good enough to do extra 🙂 I originally was planning on 10k but pushed it out to 15k which means I ran 20k today 🔥
