My Actifit Report Card: October 28 2023

This morning, I woke up at around 5 AM and took a stroll on the rooftop. I witnessed a breathtaking sunrise over the Indian Ocean, and the air felt refreshingly pure. My knee is improving; it's pain-free when I'm not exerting it, but it does hurt when I put pressure on it. I'm hopeful it'll recover soon. Due to my knee issues, my activities were limited to a rooftop walk and a visit to the supermarket. Once my knee feels better, I'll embark on longer walks. With this brief summary of my day and a photo of the sunrise, I bid you all a good night and a fantastic weekend.
