My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2023
I didn't upload a photo today. In a YouTube video discussing Actifit, someone mentioned that if you don't post a picture, it uses a default one. Now, I'm curious to see what the default looks like.
My knee showed some improvement today, but it started hurting again as soon as I walked. I only took a short stroll on the rooftop and went to the supermarket. Yesterday, I was quite sedentary, hoping to give my knee a chance to recover. However, I'm planning to be a bit more active tomorrow. The apartment is quite warm, and the air is muggy; I'd like to get out for a while.
