Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was sunny and beautiful today, but it's predicted to get colder for a few days after tomorrow, so I walked as much as I could today. I walked slowly but for a long time, and I managed to surpass 10K.

Also, it's been 46 days since I quit smoking and I feel better and healthier every day, life without cigarettes is truly a wonderful life. If you smoke, I strongly recommend you to quit.
