Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was nice and warm today and very suitable for walking, but I was a little tired so I couldn't walk very far. My goal was to reach 10K but I couldn't, but I was able to exceed 9K so it's not a big deal, I'll make up for it tomorrow.

Today is 42 days since I quit smoking and I feel better every day, life without cigarettes is truly a wonderful life. If you smoke, I strongly recommend you to quit.
