Achieving My 10K Goal And My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Spring has started to show itself and the weather has become warmer and it is time to put away the coats. Today I managed to exceed 10K and now my daily target is over 10K, maybe I can even reach 20K soon.

Wow today is 40 days since I quit smoking and I really feel much better and healthier each day. If you smoke I strongly recommend you to quit, life without cigarettes is really a wonderful life.
