My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was beautiful today and I went out for a walk in the evening. I increased my pace a little today, although I walked mostly at a slow pace, I also walked at a fast pace. I walked for about 75 minutes and managed to surpass 10K. I will also start running in the coming weeks.

Today is 33 days since I quit smoking, I had a conversation with someone who smoked and he really smelled like an ashtray, it was a really disgusting smell. I felt ashamed of myself, imagining that I had smelled like this before. If you smoke, I strongly recommend you quit.
