My Actifit Report Card: February 21 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. It snowed today and the weather was very cold but I still went for a walk in the evening and walked for about 1 hour and managed to exceed 6K. My goal right now is to exceed 5K and I am achieving my goal almost every day but when the weather starts to warm up my goal will be 10K. Also, it's been about 22 days since I quit smoking and I feel better every day, I would definitely like to say that life without smoking is a wonderful life.
