Saludos mis amores feliz de estar por acá presentando mi segunda publicación para esta gran familia #hive; hoy con un tema en el ámbito deportivo, ya que como les comenté en mi presentación, mi pareja y yo tenemos una academia de béisbol llamada Top Gun y les voy a mostrar parte de las actividades que realizo de forma constante en ella. Bueno, en Venezuela cada uno de nosotros tenemos pasiones diferentes en cuanto a deportes; algunas chicas pueden disfrutar del fútbol, baloncesto o simplemente ser amante del deporte rey de nuestro país. Hablamos del béisbol y no por nada soy fanática de los gloriosos Leones del Caracas; de hecho, en mi familia todos somos fanáticos de este gran equipo Nacional que despierta la emoción de muchos de fanáticos.

Para nosotros, en la Academia Top Gun, no solo se trata de formar jóvenes para que tengan la posibilidad de incursionar en un futuro mejor; sino que por medio del béisbol podemos crear en ellos una conciencia social, la idea es que estos jóvenes se alejen de los vicios de la vida y construyan su propio futuro. Aquí entrenamos a muchachos de diferentes edades, especialmente a personas de 13 años en adelante. También nos llena de orgullo que no discriminamos a ninguna persona, ya que también entrenamos a jóvenes que tienen dificultades de aprendizaje o que están en condiciones especiales. De mi parte, cumplo actividades tanto a nivel de oficina como en el mismo campo de juego apoyando a mi pareja en cada uno de los entrenamientos.

Greetings my loves, happy to be here presenting my second publication for this great #hive family; today with a theme in the sports field, because as I told you in my presentation, my partner and I have a baseball academy called Top Gun and I'm going to show you part of the activities that I do constantly in it. Well, in Venezuela each one of us have different passions when it comes to sports; some girls may enjoy soccer, basketball or just being a lover of the king of sports in our country. Let's talk about baseball and not for nothing I am a fan of the glorious Leones del Caracas; in fact, in my family we are all fans of this great National team that arouses the excitement of many fans.

For us, at the Top Gun Academy, it is not only about training young people so that they have the possibility of a better future; but through baseball we can create in them a social conscience, the idea is that these young people get away from the vices of life and build their own future. Here we train kids of different ages, especially people from 13 years old and up. We are also proud of the fact that we do not discriminate against anyone, since we also train young people who have learning difficulties or who are in special conditions. For my part, I work both in the office and on the playing field, supporting my partner in each of the training sessions.

Actualmente tenemos a nuestra disposición un grupo de 7 jóvenes con posibilidades de ser firmados por cualquier organización internacional; de hecho, una de los actividades es la de llevar las estadísticas de cada jugador para verificar su progreso y así constatar cual de ellos tiene la oportunidad de avanzar en algún equipo extranjero; además, me encargo de planificar los viajes que pudiera tener cualquier joven que va a ser visto por algún scout o explorador de algún equipo. Los muchachos tienen una planificación de entrenamiento, que en conjunto con mi pareja se las hacemos saber con tiempo para que ellos estén preparados.

Currently we have at our disposal a group of 7 young players with the possibility of being signed by any international organization; in fact, one of the activities is to keep the statistics of each player to verify their progress and thus verify which of them have the opportunity to advance in a foreign team; in addition, I am in charge of planning the trips that any young player who is going to be seen by a scout or scout of a team might have. The boys have a training schedule, which my partner and I let them know in advance so that they are prepared.

Siguiendo con mis actividades, de verdad que me gustan mucho y siento que estoy en el lugar indicado, porque en nuestra Academia formamos jóvenes para la vida y para cada uno de ellos tenemos planes establecidos; debemos entender que cada quien cumple una o varias posiciones, por lo que debemos estar seguros de su progreso y así determinar donde se pueden desenvolver de forma exitosa. La parte de marketing también es otra de mis tareas, porque me encargo de grabar los videos que son enviados a los interesados al momento de ser requeridos; cada parte de nuestro trabajo es sumamente importante, la clave es ser constante dentro y fuera del campo de juego; de igual manera, le tenemos asignado un regimen nutricional importante el cual le proporcionamos.

Continuing with my activities, I really like them very much and I feel that I am in the right place, because in our Academy we train young people for life and for each of them we have established plans; we must understand that everyone fulfills one or more positions, so we must be sure of their progress and thus determine where they can develop successfully. The marketing part is also another of my tasks, because I am in charge of recording the videos that are sent to the interested parties when required; each part of our work is extremely important, the key is to be constant on and off the playing field; likewise, we have assigned an important nutritional regimen which we provide.

Cada jornada es un desafío para nosotros y para los jugadores, sabemos que existen muchachos que luchan por un puesto y le hacemos entender, que si bien es cierto que están en una competencia, esa competencia debe ser sana y que deben luchar por sus sueños. Podemos darle entrenamiento a nivel físico, pero también le damos entrenamiento a nivel mental; porque para nadie es un secreto que la parte psicológica en cualquier deporte y en cualquier quehacer de la vida, juega un papel importante en el desarrollo de cualquier persona. Nuestra misión como dije antes mis amores, es la de formas jóvenes que sean útiles para el mundo. Bueno mis amores, este ha sido uno de esos grandiosos días en nuestra Academia de Béisbol Top Gun, estamos a la orden aquí en Cumaná estado Sucre Venezuela.

Every day is a challenge for us and for the players, we know that there are boys who are fighting for a position and we make them understand that although it is true that they are in a competition, that competition must be healthy and that they must fight for their dreams. We can give them physical training, but we also give them mental training, because it is no secret that the psychological part in any sport and in any task in life plays an important role in the development of any person. Our mission as I said before my loves, is to form young people who are useful to the world. Well my loves, this has been one of those great days in our Top Gun Baseball Academy, we are at your service here in Cumana state Sucre Venezuela.
