Third gym day in a row, feels pretty good, been a while since I had consistency! Back and hamstring day + a bit of abs. Little 30 minutes solid bike session π€πΌ might manage to get down to 245lbs before end of April if I watch my intakes and keep going with the cardio π€πΌπ€πΌ
