Bonjour!!!
Finally back with some good numbers, walked alllllooottt at work today, washing windows and rappelling off building. Then went for a 3 ish km run after work ( decided my ankles did feel bad enough 😅) but glad I did cause it was beautiful! Nice warm days here in Victoria, I’ve been quite lucky to start my summer so quick, bit sunburn 😅!
