My Actifit Report Card: September 1 2022

The weather was bad today and it rained and rained.

The sky look hazy and Grey.

I just walked home from work and did not go to the beach as I also heard thunder. It is better to stay safe.

So instead of exercisng, I ended up eating more. Tomorrow, need to go swimming to workout the calories
