Finally set up my fitting which is super convenient. My phone often times shuts the activity app down and I lose a lot of steps.
Today was a rest day. Spent much of the day watching my Pittsburgh steelers get into the playoffs. Heavy chest day tomorrow with my brother who is back from vacation.
