My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2025
Hello and greetings Everyone! Happy Wednesday. It’s me again! Welcome to another report. And It’s been another chilly day here and I started out my activity this morning with the usual stretching in the living room. Then right after that I was out and about walking and jogging around the neighborhood. I couldn’t find my gloves this morning so I went out without it, my fingers were cold had to do some hand and fingers exercises to keep them warm. Other than that, everything went well. I was entertained by the soft melodies I listened to. That was great and it kept me going until i returned home.
