My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2025
Hello and good day everyone! Happy Monday and welcome to another report.
So, let’s get right into it. I started off this morning with the usual stretching and exercise then off walking and jogging around the neighborhood. It was a little chilly with temp in the mid 30s. I was overcome with the help of listening to sound of some classical music by Kenny G. 😉✨✨👍 . Can never underestimate the power of music to add motivation and drive to whatever it is you’re doing. Isn’t it amazing. It’s uplifting too.
When I got home I spent the rest of the day on watching the Inauguration Day (Pres. Trump) on tv and social media. So glad he’s back in office in the WH. The world will have peace again. Ain’t that amazing?. 😻
