Hi everyone! Good day! Welcome to another report.
Today, I completed another round of Actifit activity doing stretching, some exercises and a lot of walking . First around the neighborhood and then going grocery shopping at Whole Foods.

And that pretty much sums up the whole day for me in getting my steps in for the day.
