My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2023

Hello Everyone! Happy Friday 🙌 and welcome to another Actifit report.

I started my day early this morning with some stretching and warmup exercises as usual. It was a nice day today warm and bright and I had a great time walking around the neighborhood. Just a warm lovely day to be walking around and basking under the sun.

At home I did some housework i.e., cooking, cleaning washing dishes and chopping vegetables for a dish I was preparing. But later had to go the store as I was missing a few ingredients, so ended up grocery shopping.
