Hi Everyone! Good day. Thanks for stopping by. Here is my Actifit report for today.
I started this morning with some stretching and warmup exercises in the living room while I watched the news.
Then I was outside walking around the neighborhood. Today’s weather wasn’t so bad. Today was cloudy a little bit cold but the sun was out. Overall, I had a nice walk around the neighborhood.
Later in the afternoon, I went to the store for groceries. Came home and watched some episodes of Fauda on Netflix.
