Hello and good day everyone. Welcome to today’s Actifit workout report. Hope all’s well.

So, I did the usual routine of some stretching exercises. Today was very cold dark and gloomy hence I only walked a few blocks around the neighborhood.

At home more movements made doing housework and stuff like cleaning and cooking, etc.

Relaxed watching docu series on Netflix.
