Good day. Welcome to another Actifit report.

Did some exercises using my dumbbells and skip rope. Then out and about around the neighborhood.
Low temp and cold. It drizzle on the way home.

Stayed home and just doing house chores. Rested by taking a nap and later enjoyed sipping a cup of green tea with honey.
