My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2022

Greetings and good day everyone!

Welcome to another Actifit report.

I didn’t get to exercise this morning instead I was out doing some errands. Then on the way home I stopped by at Home Depot and got a few things there I was browsing around the nursery department where they have lots of beautiful flowers on sale.

This afternoon was when I was able to do some exercises rope skipping and weight lifting. It was beautiful and sunny outside and a little bit windy, so I took a walk around the neighborhood.

Stayed home doing housework and watched the news and a few shows on Netflix.
