My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2022

Hello and good day everyone! Welcome back and welcome to another Actifit report.

As usual, I exercised and walked around the neighborhood this morning. It was warmer this morning compared to the last 3 days or so. The sunshine lasted almost all day and it was great.

At home I moved around doing house chores, cooking, baking, cleaning, and peeling, zesting, and juicing lemons. Loving the smell of lemon oil around the house.

I rested and relaxed watching some news on tv and shows on Netflix.
