Hello Everyone. Welcome to another Actifit report. Hope you are all doing well with your activity today.

As for me, well, I did some exercises and right after that I went walking around the neighborhood. It was a wonderful walk as the weather was lovely, cloudy and breezy. Nature was fantastic. Lots were out and about.

Stayed home and worked on housework cooking and cleaning / washing dishes.

I rested and relaxed watching the news and shows on Netflix.
