Hello Everyone. Happy Sunday. Thanks for stopping by again and welcome to another Actifit report.

I exercised this morning and then I walked around the neighborhood for about an hour. Weather was good. The walked I thoroughly enjoyed.

Then later in the afternoon I went and explored the old Ruston way and discovered there was an event. A boat show. So it was a fun day after all. I took few photos of their collection display of boats.

And that pretty much all for today. Until next time.
