My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2022

Hello and good day everyone!

Welcome to another Actifit report.

I started this morning with the usual routine of exercises. Then I was outside walking and jogging around the neighborhood. Temp this morning was in the high 50F and on my way back home it rose to mid 60F. The wind blowing was certainly a relief and reliever.

At home just doing housework and playing with Kenzou. Later I took a nap and after napping I prepared ingredients for dinner.
