Hi Everyone!
Welcome to another Actifit report.
How were you with stepping today?
As for me, well I started with some warm-up exercises this morning and then I walked around the neighborhood and also in the trail. Walking in the trail was great. It certainly was much cooler and the wind blowing smells more fresh and a relief in my activity. I sat on the bench and I took the time to listen to nature around me. It was a beautiful moment in a wonderful space.
At home just doing housework and I rested and I watched shows on Netflix.
