My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2022

Good day Everyone,

Thanks for stopping by and welcome to my stepping report.

Started this morning with some aerobics. Then later walking and jogging around the neighborhood and in the trail. Weather was fairly good today most especially the first part of the day. There was plenty of wind blowing. The second part wasn’t so bad.

At home I made and baked peach upside down cake. It has been while since I made one of this. It’s deliciously tasty.

Later I went to have a bob haircut at a salon not far from where I live. Glad I didn’t have to wait that long as a walk-in client.
